Every Business Needs Online Reviews
One of the most critical things any service-based or any business needs is positive reviews, which is easy to accomplish with our automatic reviews. I believe across the board; everyone needs Google and Facebook; however, after those two, it depends on the type of business you are running. For example, local service-based businesses, such as maids, landscapers, plumbers, may also use NextDoor. While I don’t recommend it, restaurants use Yelp. I despise Yelp and believe they should be shut down. I’ll save that rant and reasons for another day, though. Tech companies and national companies tend to use Trustpilot.
Any company can pretty much use any review service they want. The more, the better, except for Yelp. I have to say one thing for those of you that don’t know about Yelp. When you don’t pay for Yelp’s services as a business, they have a habit of hiding or not recommending your positive reviews. However, they are supposed to be unbiased.

So what’s the best way to get reviews? Simple! Ask your customers or clients. In this video, I show how you can use a CRM, in this case, Service Autopilot, to ask for automatic reviews when you send the customer their bill. When you are speaking with your client, also tell them, we try to keep cost downs with our reviews, so please leave us one.
Did you know if you have good reviews, they will keep the costs of marketing down? Of course, that depends on how aggressively you want to grow. However, if you have great reviews on multiple sites, Google is going to list you higher in the results. Guess what the higher you are, the more free calls you will receive.
